Our siding experts are specialists who have been trained and certified for a smooth installation. At Exterior Improvements, we pride ourselves on our efficiency and reliability -- an average siding installation will be completed in 4-5 business days.*
Our comprehensive siding installation process includes:
- 1. Touring the property before starting and pointing out any pre-existing damage
- 2. Draping tarp around your property to ensure landscaping, play areas, grills, etc., are protected
- 3. Utilizing your driveway for the staging of materials to avoid yard damage
- 4. Removing all materials, down to the plywood or furring strips
- 5. Thoroughly inspecting and replacing plywood and/or trim board as needed
- 6. Installing your new siding as outlined in job proposal
- 7. Raking your landscape beds and sweeping the walkways
- 8. Performing a magnetic sweep with an industrial roller to capture stray nails
- 9. Hauling, recycling and/or disposing of the old siding materials and related debris
- 10. FINAL WALKTHROUGH. Your balance is due upon your complete satisfaction
